Kainos expands its Workday Financials practice

"We started out in 2017 with just two Workday Financials consultants,' says Laura. 'Fast forward to now, and we have a practice of 32 skilled consultants two of which are Financials Product Leads within the Workday ecosystem. Up-skilling our teams and recruiting new talent has been key to growing and supporting our global client base. Today we stand proudly with eight live clients and a further three projects either mid-deployment or primed to start. Two notable projects are our global deployments with US-based companies ConsenSys and Spencer Stuart.'

Global Deployments for ConsenSys and Spencer Stuart

Headquartered in New York, ConsenSys is a blockchain software company employing more than 1,100 staff. With our help, they 've deployed Financials across seven countries to-date (USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Canada, Ireland and Romania). Phase two will begin this year with roll out to a further eleven countries. 'As the first global Financials deployment for WorkSmart, this has truly been a flagship project for us not to mention our first client in the blockchain software industry,' says Laura. Anna Sudenko, Workday Project Lead at ConsenSys, adds, "Stringent project timelines presented a challenge from the outset."

In January our consultants kicked-off our second Global Financials deployment with Chicago based company, Spencer Stuart. Specialising in executive global search, Spencer Stuart has fifty-seven offices across 30 countries and employs more than 2,000 people. Workday Core Financials, Professional Services Automation and Expenses will be deployed across The Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific with the help of our automated testing tool Kainos Smart. Laura concludes, "Because at Kainos, we 're a Workday Financials customer ourselves our internal teams were able to act as a reference for Workday on both projects. We're delighted to be working with both organisations two great wins for both Workday and Kainos. And I can 't forget to mention our dedicated staff. Delivering these projects successfully and on time wouldn 't be possible without them.'
